Today we speak with California State Assembly member Roger Hernandez of West Covina, who is the Chairman of the California Committee of Labor and Employment. Hernandez is calling on LA county officials to fairly distribute funds collected measure B property tax. He believes wealthy communities are getting a disproportioned share of that money.
